Midday Supervisor (in the School Hall)
The Governors of this thriving CE (Aided) School are looking for a Midday Meal Supervisor to join our team of lunchtime supervisors. Your role will include setting up and clearing away the dinner hall including sweeping and mopping the floor, supervising children in the school hall eating their hot meal and helping with cutting up food and pouring drinks, maintaining good standards of behaviour and manners and supervising children clearing their tables. Once the school hall is left clean and tidy, supervising children outside until the end of lunch (see Job Description for a full description of duties).
We are a church school with a strong Christian ethos. We seek to nurture all our children within this context and provide them with the very best education we can.
The hours of work are Monday – Friday 11.15am – 1.00pm, term time only (8 hours 15 minutes a week).
Salary Grade 2 point 3 Annual Salary £4,442 pro rata (Actual £23,656).

Full Time

The Governors of this thriving CE (Aided) School are looking for a talented and passionate full-time Class teacher to join this popular school starting 3rd September 2025. The right candidate will be dedicated to children’s progress and wellbeing and will be supported by further appropriate professional development. You will be working within a modernising school in fantastic grounds with a flourishing Forest School and a committed, supportive Governing Body who value the contribution made by all staff. We are looking for a new team member for our Special Support Centre. This is a very exciting opportunity to join colleagues in developing a centre of excellence in the heart of the school.
Learning Support Assistant for The Tomlin Centre
We are looking for a candidate to work with our Centre Managers, Mrs Mary Ballingal and Mr James Dunstone, in ‘The Tomlin Centre’, to help create a supportive environment for children with social and communication difference - including children with autism. The centre holds up to 12 pupils across the primary age range.
We are looking for good team players who love working with children, are passionate about the development of the whole child and can use initiative whilst under pressure. Relevant experience – and an interest in working with children with ASC is highly desirable.
The right candidate will be dedicated to children's progress and wellbeing and will be supported by further professional development and learning; you will be working in a new centre within a modernising school in fantastic grounds with a flourishing Forest School and a committed, supportive Governing Body who value the contribution made by all staff.
Please note Applicants would benefit from recent experience working with primary age children in a school setting, desirably with experience of supporting children with social and communication differences. Please highlight in the space provided on the application form or on a separate sheet information detailing your experience, examples of supporting children’s learning and personal qualifications for the post.
