Today our Year 5 pupils had a fantastic trip to the South Downs Planetarium where they experienced the magic of the night sky! Inside the planetarium dome, they watched stars and other celestial objects projected above them - they also had the opportunity to handle real meteorites - pieces of space rock that could be older than any rock they will ever hold in their hands!

Thanks to their support, our World Book Day celebrations were even more exciting and memorable for our school community.
